Refund & Cancellation

  1. Our exhaustive list of products is available on our website https://farmfreshmushroom.co.in/. You can also place an order through our WhatsApp channels.
  2. We deliver our products across India. Some of our products, especially the fresh mushrooms, are currently only available across Delhi NCR.
  3. Delivery for most products is completed within 48 hours. 
  4. Our products are sanitized and re-checked for quality at our distribution centres and delivered in convenient packaging by our delivery agents and partners who follow strict guidelines.
  5. We take payments via our website as well as through online payment transfers. Our team might get in touch with you to coordinate delivery. 
  6. Please share your contact details with the exact address so that we can ensure smooth delivery. 

Fruits/Vegetables only applicable for a refund if:

Vegetables/Fruits get damaged during Transit. If the received product is damaged then kindly send the picture on WhatsApp number 8920529418 or email us on farmfreshmushroom.co.in along with the order number.

A refund amount will be added in your wallet which can be used in the next order.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please co-ordinate on our WhatsApp number 9867117001.

Missing items:

If any product is missing then please let us know on Whatsapp number 9867117001 if your item is missing or removed due to quality issues from the order. We will add the equivalent amount of missing order in your wallet.

Cancellation of order:

In case you would like to cancel your order before the delivery day then no cancellation Fees will be charged. Canceling your order after 10 Pm prior to the delivery day 50% amount will be deducted from the total value of the Order.
